Terms and Conditions

Welcome to King's Realm. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the King's Realm raffle platform ("Service" or "Platform") operated by King's Realm ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

By connecting your wallet and using King's Realm, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

King's Realm is a decentralized raffle platform built on the Solana blockchain that enables users to:

• Participate in raffles for NFTs, SOL, and SPL tokens
• Purchase tickets for raffles using SOL or SPL tokens
• Claim prizes if selected as a winner
• Create and manage teams that sponsor raffles

All transactions occur on the Solana blockchain and are subject to blockchain network conditions and fees.

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Solana wallet
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where our Service is prohibited

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. We do not store or have access to your private keys.

Ticket Purchases

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable
• Ticket prices and payment methods are set by the raffle sponsor
• You must have sufficient funds (SOL or SPL tokens) to purchase tickets
• You are responsible for all transaction fees (gas) associated with your purchases

Winner Selection

Winners are selected using a Fisher-Yates shuffle algorithm, ensuring fair and random selection. The selection process is automated and cannot be influenced by any party.

Prize Claims

• Winners must claim their prizes within a reasonable timeframe
• Prizes are distributed according to the raffle terms (50/50 split for token raffles, full prize for NFT raffles)
• King's Realm takes a 5% commission on ticket sales for token raffles
• NFT transfers may require manual processing by our admin team

Platform Commission: King's Realm charges a 5% commission on all ticket sales for token raffles. This commission is deducted before prize distribution.

Transaction Fees: You are responsible for all Solana network transaction fees (gas) when purchasing tickets. Prize claim transactions are covered by King's Realm.

All fees are clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. By purchasing tickets, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to manipulate or interfere with raffle outcomes
• Use automated systems or bots to purchase tickets
• Engage in any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks

No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Blockchain Risks: You acknowledge that blockchain technology involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Network congestion and transaction delays
• Smart contract vulnerabilities
• Loss of funds due to user error or security breaches
• Regulatory changes affecting blockchain technology

No Investment Advice: Nothing on this platform constitutes investment, financial, or legal advice. Participation in raffles is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, King's Realm and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless King's Realm and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our servers are located in the United States, and by using our Service, you consent to the jurisdiction of courts in the United States.

If you are located outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. However, any transactions already completed on the blockchain cannot be reversed.
