Getting Started
Do I need to create an account?
No. Connect your Solana wallet—that's your identity. No email or signup.
Which wallets are supported?
Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, and any Solana wallet that supports Wallet Adapter. Click Connect Wallet in the header.
Do I need SOL in my wallet?
Yes—for gas. Raffles may accept SOL or SPL (e.g. USDC). You always need a bit of SOL for fees.
Buying Tickets
How do I buy tickets?
Can I buy multiple tickets at once?
Yes. More tickets = better odds. No limit per transaction.
What happens if my transaction fails?
No charge. Fix the issue (e.g. more SOL for fees, enough payment token) and try again.
Can I get a refund?
No. Purchases are final once confirmed on-chain.
Why sign in after connecting my wallet?
Sign-in links your wallet to a session so we can show your tickets and winnings. Wallet signature only—no password.
Raffles
How long do raffles run?
Until minimum participants and ticket sales are met. No fixed time—popular ones end fast.
How are winners selected?
Fisher-Yates shuffle—provably random. More tickets = better odds. Selection is automatic when the raffle ends.
What's the difference between NFT and token raffles?
Can I see who else entered?
You see total tickets and entries. Individual wallets stay private.
What if a raffle doesn't meet its minimum?
It keeps running until it does. If the team cancels, refunds depend on their policy.
Winning & Prizes
How will I know if I won?
Raffle page or My Tickets. Winners are listed on the raffle page.
How do I claim my prize?
How long do I have to claim?
No expiry. Claim whenever—sooner is better.
Why can't I claim my NFT automatically?
NFTs need Metaplex handling. We process those manually; automation coming.
Fees for claiming?
None. We cover payout fees. The 5% is on ticket sales, not your winnings.
Can I transfer my winning ticket?
No. Only the wallet that bought the tickets can claim.
Teams
What are teams?
Groups that create raffles. They pick the type: Team raffle (half to winner, half to team) or Winner takes the pot (95% to winner). Multiple members can manage and collect.
How do I join a team?
How do teams get paid?
Team raffles: 50% of the pot (after 5% fee) to the team, claim from dashboard. Winner-takes-the-pot: team gets $0.
Fees & Costs
What fees does King's Realm charge?
5% on ticket sales. The rest goes by raffle type: Team raffle = half winner, half team; Winner takes the pot = 95% winner; NFT = team gets the rest.
Do I pay transaction fees?
You pay gas when buying tickets. We cover payout fees. Keep a little SOL for ticket purchases.
Any hidden fees?
No. 5% is shown everywhere. Everything else is normal Solana gas.
Security & Safety
Is King's Realm safe?
Funds in escrow until raffle ends. Fisher-Yates = provably fair. On-chain, verifiable. We never see your keys.
Can the platform access my wallet?
No. We can only request signatures. You approve every tx. We can't move funds without you.
How are funds secured?
Dedicated escrow wallet. Stays locked until raffle ends and prizes go out.
Suspicious raffle?
Report it. Check details before buying; only join raffles from teams you trust.
Technical Issues
Wallet won't connect?
Refresh, clear cache, or try another browser. Extension installed and unlocked? Disconnect and reconnect.
Transaction stuck?
Check wallet for pending tx. Solana can take a moment. Still stuck after a few min? Check the tx on a Solana explorer.
Wallet mismatch error?
Connected wallet ≠ signed-in wallet. Sign in again with the current wallet or reconnect the one you used.
Works on mobile?
Yes. Use Phantom (or other) mobile + wallet connect. Site is responsive.
